I work with expats and international executives in Dubai who operate in high-pressure, fast-changing environments.
My coaching focuses on leadership clarity, decision-making, and navigating professional and personal transitions that come with life in the Middle East.
Sessions are conducted online, in English, and tailored to experienced professionals who value discretion, structure, and practical outcomes.
Challenges Faced by Expats in Dubai
– Constant pressure to perform in highly competitive, multicultural environments
– Navigating leadership expectations across different business cultures
– Balancing professional demands with personal and family transitions
Executive & Leadership Coaching – How I Work
My work is grounded in real executive experience, not theoretical coaching models.
I support leaders who need clarity in complex situations, better decision-making under pressure, and a structured space to think through professional and personal challenges.
The process is pragmatic, confidential, and focused on outcomes that matter in real business contexts.
About Me – International Executive Background
I have personally experienced multiple international relocations and have lived and worked across several countries.
Over the course of my corporate career, I managed businesses in more than 20 countries and worked with global organisations including Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser, Johnson & Johnson, and Henkel.
I hold an MBA and studied in the UK, Sweden, and Poland. My professional background combines senior corporate leadership with firsthand experience of the complexity, pressure, and identity shifts that come with international careers.
I am an ICF-accredited coach (ACC) and a graduate of Erickson International. My coaching work follows internationally recognised professional and ethical standards.
Complimentary Introductory Session
I usually begin my work with a complimentary introductory session.
This 45-minute conversation allows us to explore your current situation, clarify your needs, and determine whether coaching is the right approach for you. It is also an opportunity for me to explain what coaching is — and what it is not — including the principles of the Ericksonian approach.
If we decide to work together, further sessions are structured, confidential, and tailored to your specific professional and personal context.
